Check in time starts from 2:00 PM. Early check in may be arranged subject to availability.
Check out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check out requests must be made in advance and may attract an additional fee.
Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before check in.
All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit as communicated at the time of reservation. Rates may vary depending on season, length of stay, and apartment type.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if payment terms are not met.
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check in. The deposit covers damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violation of house rules. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the apartment upon check out, provided there are no issues.
Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected at the time of booking. Cancellations made within the allowed period will receive a refund according to the agreed terms. Late cancellations or no shows may attract a full or partial charge.
All guests must provide valid identification at check in. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the apartment.
Visitors are allowed between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors at all times.
Overnight visitors must be declared in advance and may attract additional charges.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Please respect neighbours and avoid loud music, parties, or excessive noise.
Any disturbance may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been granted.
Unauthorized events may lead to penalties and eviction.
All apartments are non smoking.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
A cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.
Guests are expected to maintain the apartment in good condition.
Any damage, breakage, or malfunction must be reported immediately.
Furniture should not be moved without permission.
Housekeeping schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request at an extra charge.
Please ensure the apartment is left in reasonable condition at check out.
Guests are responsible for locking doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

Please use safes, if provided.
Wi Fi, water, and electricity are included in the rate unless otherwise stated.
Guests are encouraged to use utilities responsibly.
Guests stay at their own risk.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay if guests violate the terms and conditions or engage in illegal or inappropriate behavior.
